How can I join Rise Up Fitness?
To begin your fitness journey with Rise Up Fitness, simply visit our gym or contact us to schedule your initial consultation. During this session, we will discuss your fitness goals, assess your current fitness level, and tailor a personalized training and nutrition plan specifically for you.
What is the length of a standard workout?
Our training sessions typically last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. However, the duration may vary based on your individual needs and preferences.
Is this gym beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Whether you're new or seasoned, our trainers adapt to all levels.
Do I have to be Christian to attend?
Nope! While our space is built on Christian values, all are welcome.
Can I just use the gym without joining a class?
Yes! With an active membership, you're welcome to come and use the gym on your own anytime during our operating hours (Monday–Saturday,
9 AM–9 PM).
Do you have showers or lockers?
We do not have showers or lockers at this time. However, we do have clean washrooms available and a designated area to store your personal items during your session.
