Coach Jada
At the heart of Rise Up is our founder and lead trainer, Coach Jada Curry. With over 10 years of experience in athletic and personal training, Jada is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where fitness becomes an act of worship. Her commitment to Christ, her deep knowledge of health and wellness, and her heart for people make Rise Up Fitness what it is today—a place where you don’t just train harder, you rise higher.

Fitness Classes & Workouts
All of our 1-hour classes are faith-filled, high-energy, and designed for every level—from beginner to advanced. Each session is more than a workout—it’s a chance to grow stronger in body and spirit.

Bootcamp
Daily 10 AM & 7 PM Classes
Experience dynamic total body workouts that challenge your endurance and elevate your fitness levels. Expect to sweat, push yourself, and leave empowered with our group bible study after our evening sessions.

Strength & Conditioning
Daily 5 PM Class
Join our strength and conditioning classes to build muscle, increase endurance, and achieve overall body strength. This class is great for toning and long-term results.

Muay Thai
Daily 6 PM Classes
Discover the discipline and strength of Muay Thai while integrating faith-based principles. Our Muay Thai classes focus on physical conditioning, mental fortitude, and spiritual growth.

Bi-Weekly Saturdays at 12 PM
Our signature free community bootcamp class. Includes a dynamic 90 minute group workout, live worship music, and a short, powerful Word. Come ready to lift, praise, and connect.
